Our Story

Transformation Educational Services, Inc. (TES) was created in 2010 by devoted individuals who were determined to ensure the successful academic and social integration of low-income families and at-risk youth from African immigrants and refugees in the Charlotte community.

Our Mission:

To provide After School Literacy and Math Assistance, After School Enrichment, Adult Education, and Social Service Assistance and Summer Program to children of African
immigrants and refugees and their families.

To provide Multi-Generational Support

Our Vision:

To create and contribute to a strong African Community Center in Charlotte and its surrounding areas; and to foster Educational Partnerships by building cultural and linguistic bridges between immigrant and refugee families and the larger Charlotte community.
